UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT……This quaint little place was wonderful. I went there for lunch. I received a pleasant surprise. I actually got more then what I paid for!! The food was so good. Many choices on the menu. I was a able to customize my burrito and choose even my spice level. Someone else there said, the Street Tacos were really good too, which will be my next choice. The prices were actually very reasonable. The portion sizes were good. It’s family owned, which I love. Pleasant atmosphere. Many people coming in to get food to go and some dining in. Very popular for a new estsblishement. It has outdoor seating as well. I challenge the individual who said there wasn’t enough seasoning to try it again, and customize. This place is truly delicious .

I am just posting. But I was there on a very good job. Love burritos I am a chef and a cook. They were nicer to the gentleman that came in with me that spent no money. I looked at the menu at order from the menu And was charged extra money that wasn’t on the menu . I said that’s fine as long as Good but it was not. Not only Was there barely any meat,But it was the worst steak I ever had It was a mushy and very little. Honestly, they had the worst burrito I ever had facts.

Visited Big Mamma’s Burrito in Akron today! It was amazing. The owners were friendly and service was accurate and fast. Most importantly the food was tasted great, the meat was seasoned to perfection. I had chicken and my fiancé had steak. Give them a visit, you will enjoy yourself!

OMG!!! This place was ABSOLUTELY DELIGHTFUL! No more Chipotle for me! My burrito was made-to -order. The staff was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable about the products. My order was prepared super quick. Every item was so fresh and flavorful. The homemade guacamole was soooooo delicious! So glad we discovered this hidden gem downtown!

Great owners. The customer service was amazing and the food is just as amazing. I will do my best to be at this place at least once a week. Fiancé got a walking taco and she loved it and the breakfast burrito I got with the hot salsa was just out of this world good. Can’t wait to spend more money here.

I want to try this place again, I’m just not sure when that’ll be so I will review based on my first visit. The burrito i ordered was large and full of toppings, but man it was so bland, the nacho cheese and salsa had zero heat to them at all. The onions were the spiciest item on my burrito. The food was also prepared quite quickly. I’m wondering if the food is all that bland normally, or if it was just an unlucky experience. I felt like I was eating a cheeseburger instead of a steak burrito. I cannot recommend or not recommend this place based on this visit, I’ll say my recommendation on this place is to be determined still.

Yes, new management and they didn’t let down! First things first, walking taco under $6. Haven’t heard of these since I was in high school! A bag of nacho chips topped with all your favorite toppings, grab a fork and dig in! Burritos are where it’s at, had a breakfast burrito which was by far one of the best I’ve had, add the queso and/or chipotle ranch sauces and you found your ticket to heaven. All the food was super fresh and nice and hot! Burritos are a very generous size and they have baby burritos too for those who can’t hang with the big dogs. All of the sauce options are really what got me.
