Food was disgusting, had to wait forever in the drive thru. And when I finally get my meal the fries are burnt toast isn’t toasted…and the boneless wing are freezing cold with sauce on top of them! This location is awful.

Well, Zaxby’s has become worse than fast food. This was my first post-COVID visit, and it was truly disappointing. The menu has been reduced to a minimal salad choice – regular or Cobb – no blackened, no spicy wing sauce, chicken was old, mostly batter and very little chicken. A pinch of grated cheese, smushed clump of tomatoes, a few fried onions, and toast. Dressing packets are half the size now, and the ranch was thin, so even 2 packets weren’t enough. $22 for old crunchy bits. Staff was friendly and service was mostly ok. Restaurant was clean. The tasteless salad will not bring me back. Kinda sad that Zaxby’s has removed all the “good” food they used to serve.

Placed an online order for pick up. Order was correct, but fries were not cooked at all. Not a case of soggy fries, but uncooked. We paid extra to upsize, but can’t eat these practically raw fries. Everything else was good, but the fries were disappointing and a waste of money.

Don’t waste your time coming here, the slowest service of any fast food place around. Multiple occasions of online orders taking 30+ minutes to be made. Ownership and management must have no interest in providing an alternate to Chic Fila. Take your money somewhere else where they value the customer experience

Stopped here on the way to a get together for a quick meal. We were the second car in the drive thru. The first car was sitting there for who knows how long but after about 5 minutes of us sitting there, the first car starts honking because nobody had even greeted him. At this point, there is 3 or 4 other cars behind us and after about 2 more minutes of the guy in front of us still waiting to be helped, we decided to just exit the line and go to Chic-fil-a to be served promptly. Get it together Zaxby’s at Stars Mill. Can’t make money if you don’t have a staff that actually takes orders. May want to look in to this because from other reviews, it seems this is an ongoing issue.

Unbelievably slow in the drive-thru. Waited 20 minutes and didn’t move one bit. Went across the street to Chick-fil-A and was in and out at 5 minutes. I passed back by the Zaxby’s and the same truck was still sitting in the drive-thru.

We came around 8 pm and ordered through the drive through. There was one car at the window when I placed my order. I waited 15 min for the previous car to get their food and then another 17 for my order. The teenagers playing around behind the counter did not seem concerned about the wait times of their drive thru. The dining room was empty as well from what I could see. Once I received my order part of it was wrong as well. I personally will not be visiting this location again but maybe they have better help and management during daytime hours. I still love Zaxby’s but some locations are definitely not on the same standards.

Customers who come here for lunch are in for an excruciating wait time because this particular Zaxby’s is consistently slow. Drive thru wait times and even ordering inside will take too long to be served. Unfortunately, there seems to be no sense of urgency when they get busy. We saw people go in and come out of the dining area after a few minutes and leave without ordering their food.
