We used to go to Olive mill for breakfast/brunch and spent last $70 just for my wife and I and did not seem worth it at all. We went to Skippy’s and with my wife and I and daughter spent $40 bucks. The food and service was excellent and far better value for your money. The avocado toast was excellent. Highly recommend. This place is a hidden gem.

We went to skippys on a Friday morning – they don’t take reservations I don’t think – either way it is exactly what you would expect — locals, nice wait staff, really good breakfast food. The western omelette was delicious, hasbrowns awesome, bacon was delicious. We will be back next time we visit queen creek.

UPDATE FEB 2023. Upping my rating to a solid 5 stars. Beers were ice cold today, selection was very good and the food was really really superb. My wife had a plate of wings and I had the “Santa Fe Melt” which was thin-sliced beef with cheese and a green chili on toasted sourdough. Outstanding. Fast friendly service. Good prices. A good destination for a cold brew and a satisfying lunch.

Love this place. Waiters and bartenders are awesome. Shout out to Kaylee, Kelly, Griffen, Ashley, Gary, Jake and Kinsey! Food is really decent, wide variety including Mexican and American grill favorites. Have to try their wings! Outdoor seating is available. Limited beer selection on tap, several bottled beer and wines to choose from. Full bar and restaurant. Prime rib Saturday’s are a must. Place gets busy during football games and around dinner time. Has a Cheers type vibe, staff always greets you by name!

Neighborhood watering hole serving a variety of different food types. My wife and I had Mexican and neither of us thought it was very good. Perhaps their sandwiches and burgers are better. Happy hour until 7 pm. Many bar patrons were loud and had too much drink. We will give it another try but I’m not holding out too much hope!

If you are a regular or drinking alcohol then you will get excellent service. Otherwise don’t waste your time. I just had breakfast there. After my food came and I was just about finished the server asked if everything was ok. I had asked for gravy for my biscuit which I never got. I will not go back. To many other places to go to for breakfast around QC. I thought I would give this place a try. I

Their meatloaf is the best… awesome local shindig spot. The ambience, vibe, is a local favorite. Great place for meet ups, dates, and shindigs.

Waited over 30 minutes for our food after ordering. We asked the server how much longer we were looking at and we were told it would be another 5-10 minutes and decided we had had enough and chose to leave. If it had been busy we would have understood but at least half of their tables were empty and there was very little to no communication for the wait staff.

Love this place! Food and drinks are fantastic….service is great too! Sometimes a little slower but it’s understandable because it’s always super busy …we come to have breakfast and relax every week. Keep up the good work Skippys!

We tried to give this place a shot. Honestly, we will never go there again. The atmosphere was dirty, the staff was unorganized. The menus were dirty and the food … was horrible. The fries definitely tasted like out of the bag frozen fries. I ordered the patty melt that had roast beef, and the waitress asked me how I like my meat cooked. My fiancé got a shrimp burrito, which the beans looked like the bag you add water to them. He stated he had the most sour taste in his mouth after tasting his food. The fried pickles … I’m not even sure how to describe them. They were over breaded, soggy, not crispy whatsoever. We wanted to hurry up and leave but had to ask two people for the check.
