The food was just ok. I got the Mediterranean wrap, and the food didn’t taste very fresh. The fries were very greasy. Several young ladies working, and seem to not have very much customer service experience at all.

The 2 stars is for Chealsea. No “ hello, how’re you “ no thank yous, no eye contact, nothing. Definitely appears as though she’s not happy to be there. Eli on the other hand was super nice, engaged me in conversation. Was thorough when putting my wrap together.

We just order from Pita Gourmet in East Amherst for take out for the first time. The food is amazing! It’s super clean in the restaurant and they were very friendly. There was so much food, that we have enough for a second meal. We had a good variety and everything was wonderful! Plus, they deliver! Good to know for our next order. We were so impressed by their exceptional customer service!
