I ordered a salad bowel. It’s as if they get paid to pack your salad as lightly as possible. I asked for extra veggies, and they insultingly and rudely added one onion slice. I would recommend choosing another restaurant along the Alameda. I will give a different Chipotle a shot but will not eat here again.

Servers are careless and literally do not care if your wrapper or bowl lid is being dragged across sour cream as they scoop your fillings. They’ll give it to you covered in foil AND the sour cream. I watched them do this over a few orders. Gross.

One of my favorite Chipotle stores to go to the staff is very friendly their portion sizes are great however sometimes they get so overwhelmed because they’re understaffed the dining area can be really dirty including the drink and beverage area.

I placed an online order today through DoorDash. This is the second time I have had a bad experience . The first time they said they lost my order , it had already been picked up . Then this time I get there and the order was not ready, they said I had to wait for the chicken which would be another 10 minutes. My order was supposed to be ready at by 4:50pm .While I was waiting I saw the women (not wearing a mask wipe her nose then put gloves on without washing her hands) . The worst part is I get home and I find a bug in my food ! I’m so disgusted

I am very upset that the managers of this Chipotle let the Homeless in and that they go around touching all the drinks… They don’t put an order, that’s why I don’t go to this Chipotle anymore, it’s really disgusting to be drinking drinks from where the homeless drink and handle they should put this place in order

I came here for clean food after years. I normally go to real mexican taqueria. I’m disappointed with the size of and flavourless chicken burrito. The worst thing is the meat in not well cooked. I hope I won’t get sick because of that. I’ll never get back to chipotle again. I would rather go to local taquria with flavor ful burrito along with free chips and salsa. Adios.

I really wish leadership would look at the reviews here recently. There needs to be a change. This is the THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED to us here, so we will no longer be coming. We placed an online order today, 12/1 at 5:30 pm. When we got it, the food was entirely different than what we ordered. Half our ingredientes in BOTH MEALS were missing and replaced with other random things. It’s like whoever made the food just kinda threw a little of this and a little of that with no regard to what we actually ordered. People work hard for their money, and when they spend that money on food that is completely different than what they ordered because some teenager didn’t care enough to read the order, that’s not okay.

Wish I could give this more stars because the staff was nice and the food was good but the bathrooms are filthy. Luckily I ate before I had to use the bathroom or else it might have taken me a while to get my appetite back. Straighten up the bathrooms and this will be a 4/5 star place.
