I was at your Dunkin Donuts store today and I got a donut and we’ll charge a $1.49 for a donut that at this point isn’t even worth 50 cents. You’re decreasing the size of your Donuts and your making them smaller and smaller every time. And the increase in the price which is ridiculous, you really need to decrease the price of the donuts or increase the size of the donuts to match the price. And stop price gouging people for stuff. That isn’t even worth 50 cents. I can go to market basket right here in Burlington. And get bigger donuts for less than what you charge for your miniscule donuts. How’s that grab? You fix your donuts? Put them back to the size They were to begin with, because.. They were not worth what you’re charging now. For them

I don’t usually write reviews but I have never experienced something like this. If I could give this 0 stars I would. I asked for a iced matcha latte with oat milk and the worker put an espresso shot in it. The drink itself was brown and the matcha power wasn’t mixed at all. Instead of adding oat milk, it was whole milk(stomach started acting up afterwards). The is the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever went to and wish I didn’t waste 5 dollars.

I enjoy annoying Virtual Railfan

I come here almost daily during the week. The workers are good people who work hard- but oh my god the same two people are out front every day and there’s clearly not enough workers. I think the management is at fault, the workers deserve better.

Skip this location, mobile ordering always turned off, overpriced, understaffed, when mobile ordering is turned on you can put your order in 15 minutes ahead of time and still not have it ready for you on arrival. Used to frequent location due to convenience but have since moved on.

The manager there is absolutely terrible, I’m not surprised she’s always looking for help. Her workers ask her questions and she gives the worst attitude back. One time I heard her mumble about a worker Gerri who’s so sweet “you’ve been here for 15 years and can’t figure it out?” Also, today there was coffee grounds in someone coffee and she was trying to fix it and a customer said something about the filters always folding and she yells “IVE BEEN HERE 18 YEARS I KNOW WHAT IM DOING” clearly not if the coffee is always messed up. I feel bad for the workers.

After waiting in line for 10 minutes (only one cashier was open) I ordered hot coffee and guess what I received : a cup full of ice and a bit of coffee. I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes so I walked out with my ice coffee labeled as hot coffee.

Worst sandwich I ever had. It was supposed to be a bacon black pepper sandwich . Only thing they got right was the black. I had 3 tiny little pieces of black burned bacon . I threw it out. Maybe if one of the 4 ladies making coffee would help the poor kid doing all the food then I wouldn’t have been there 35 min waiting for my nasty burned up sandwich. I do not recommend.
