This place is unbelievable. I placed a simple order for a Texas Double Whopper meal. The menu board says that it is $10.59 and that the sandwich itself is $7.56. The employee gave me a final total of $13 and some change. When I asked why it was so much more than the $10.59, she said that was the price of the burger alone. I explained that the menu board said differently, and I took a picture of it to show her. She insisted that it was for the burger alone and asked the manager, who told me the same thing.

The 2nd window lady had a little of a attitude. The food took to long to get to the window, she acted like she had no idea what she was doing. I can’t believe they forgot to give me my drinks that the first thing you do as a fast food worker. Got my order wrong, but the fries were hot. When I try to call them back because of the mistake they never answer their phone I called more than 5 times. At least the drive thru was clean. I’m willing to give them another try the next time I go back. Mind you there was no one behind me.

Only person at the drive through and they asked “for just a moment”. More than 10 minutes later they still had not come back and did not respond to attempts to hail them. Went inside to see 2 people working, neither of which came to the register to take my order after several minutes. Left without actually being helped after wasting more than 15 minutes with no one in front of me at either order format… don’t waste your time with this store, it’s not worth the frustration.

I ordered my food online. Go to pick it up the restaurant not busy but dirty. My order was ready. Got back to work and realized the burger was nothing that I ordered. Dont bother calling to inform them they don’t care and will not make it right. If you order online you must make your complaint online. Not worth the hassle or time. To many burger joints around to enjoy. Better service

This is not my first time being unhappy with my food. But it’s the one that made me do this review. Everything was wrong. Even the onion rings were not right. Requested no lettuce but of course there’s lettuce. Asked for extra mayo and didn’t get it. The onion rings were rubbery. Chewy. We had 3 different orders and we all said the same thing. Burger King has taken a turn. It is no longer good food. It will be a long time if ever we chose them again

I ordered some nuggets and onion rings here…smh. Now mind you I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but every time BK disappoints. I get to the window, and asked the worker if it was fresh and he say yeah they just came out. Also, beforehand, I was waiting for a lil minute for who knows what, the car in front of me had a small order but it took them forever to get their order. So, I get my order… onions cold. They were super soft and mushy. I tried to look for the onion I didn’t even see any. The nuggets were hot but they were like soggy soft. No crunch to them at all. On top of the not having any crunchiness it didn’t have any flavor! No seasoning whatsoever. I was just disappointed overall. I ended up throwing it away.

Bro, just close this place down. Been here 6-7 times since they’ve opened and every time it’s SOMETHING. Everything everyone else has mentioned has happened to me. Are you understaffed? Do you not have order queues on screens? Are employees not fully trained? Am I going to ever get a correct and full order? (Answer to that one is no; they always frick off into the store after giving my bags to me.) Don’t go here.
