Have ordered from these guys before and thought their pizza was good. Placed an order for 7:30 pickup. My husband arrives at 7:30 and it’s already under the warmer. When we got home the bottom was burnt and the cheese was hard like it had been sitting for a while. We called the store just asking to get a replacement. Manager was very rude and told my husband it’s not his fault the pizza got cold on the way home. Ummm we order papa John’s on the OTHER side of town and the pizza is STILL hot when we get home. Rude customer service is a no go for me. I wrote an email, however haven’t received a response back ( not that I was expecting one). Will not be going back there anymore.

Food was delivered hot and ready, delivery driver showed up a few minutes late being the only driver (other driver walked out) for a Friday night on st patty’s day. That’s better then expectations in my book. Amazing quality food.

The pizza was delicious . The woman that took my order was/ is not so much. The order was supposed to be delivery, she took my order told me it’d be 2hrs and.. 2hrs 30min later I call and the guy says its been sitting there as a carryout. From Chicago and visiting Springfield so he saved my experience with his apologetic attitude and delicious pizza that he heated like new.

Ordered a chef salad, homemade bread, and a thick crust pepperoni pizza. Everything was incredible. The sauce was amazing. Chef salad was large and tasty. And the bread was incredible. Definitely best delivered pizza we have had in town.

I’m done with this place. The food is mediocre at best, but it’s better than chain pizza, that’s for sure. What’s worse is their service. It’s not like I’ve eaten here just once and on more than one occasion my order has been wrong. Tonight was the last straw. After an hour, I still did not receive my delivery. I called and was told there was a problem with the order and they needed to remake my pizza. Ok, not a big deal, things happen, I get that. What I don’t get is why didn’t they contact me. Also, I’ve worked in the industry, the second thing you do after letting the customer know, is to take care of the customer, give them something for the trouble. Nope, nothing offered, but I was assured that my order was ready and I was the first stop, just down the road from their restaurant. Nearly another hour later, the pizza finally arrived and low and behold….they forgot my dipping sauces for an appetizer and again, nothing was offered for the my order arriving nearly 2 hours after I placed the order. No more!
