We had heard of Josiah Citrin but it wasn’t until last night that we tried his dishes. Each and every one was full of rich and nuanced flavors and textures that I don’t remember experiencing in just one sitting. The lamb (and I’m not even a lamb person) was sublime and I would go back, just to have it again. The boring sounding -but absolutely delicious tasting!- cabbage appetizer was steamed, then grilled and accompanied by a wonderful yogurt sauce & exotic herbs…Loved the fish and the avocado pasta! Loved the salt in the ice cream complementing the chocolate peanut butter dessert! Planning on going back, trying new dishes and wowing my family and friends.
