And it’s been like this since we opened the doors of the first TOGO’S in San Jose, California back in 1971. We made the meatiest, most delectable sandwiches around. I walk in, there’s a sign on the door saying only Parmesan and white bread. I see wheat bread in the case, and ask. I am told it’s only for online orders. Seriously? I get punished for actually coming into the store for a sandwich? That is some horrible customer service. The renovated store looks nice, but I won’t be back here if I can’t order in store where I can actually add extra toppings, and get the bread that I actually want.

Definitely one of the better Togo’s locations. The food is fresh, staff is friendly. The place is clean. And when my girlfriend left her backpack in here on the way to Yosemite, they really went out of their way to help get it back.

Good job Togos Dublin! Been here for lunch a few times. The ladies you got running this store during the week are great. Very nice. Putting out nice clean food. Portions are on point. Sandwiches are delicious. Got the orders right each time. Definitely recommend this togos.

On average, I’d give them a 4, but not this evening (6/10). I did an online order… expected @ 8:03pm. Got there at 8:03. The guy says “we aren’t starting any new orders “ before I say anything. Then I say “online order was supposed to be ready”. He says “oh” and continues with the order he’s working on. My order clearly is not done (not even started as it turns out). His coworker comes out from the back and asks him what’s going on. No answer and just brushes by him. Really rotten attitude. The coworker made my sandwich after I told him who I was & what my order was. Franchise has some problems here.
