I am a regular customer at Riverside Pizza Grayson because my grandkids are pizza lovers. This location needs to avoid going down by hiring better staff. Some workers are courteous and others hang up the phone on you saying they’re closed when they really still had another 30 minutes to serve customers. Not good!!! Please get it together, guys! A special shout-out to Malachi, the young manager who is trying to make things right over there and offered me great customer service one night. Thanks again Malachi .

The first time I ordered from here the pizza was cold by the time I got it. I thought okay it’s happens. The second time even worst. The pizza just came 5 minutes ago and is not only cold but also not sliced. Ridiculous!

This is the second time I have had an issue with them. I called in an order was told 20mins get there a bit early and paid for it. Was told it was not ready yet 10 more mins 30mins later I go inside and nobody knows what happened to my order and the girl who took my money act as if she didn’t know what I was talking about. The location has gone down hill they have a bunch a teenagers working with no adult supervision. They all seem confused and more worried about event of the day at school than actually working. I got a refund and went to little Cesar’s and had a pizza with 7 mins. They have lost a customer!

This place is totally canceled. Asked specifically for a fresh pizza waited in line for a fresh pizza got something that was sitting in the warmer for god knows how long. If i wanted to eat cardboard, i could of went to little Cesar’s. Shame on you guys. Thought this was a one off situation but the reviews below me tell it all!

They have a busy pizza joint run by 3 young men. This is ridiculous how they overworked their employees and customers are inpatient while they’re trying their best to please. Management don’t seems to care. Someone showed up for 10 minutes and left while I’m still waiting after being there for about 1hr to pickup my order that was originally for delivery.

I’m a long time loyal customer, I love this pizza spot. The female manager is very rude to customers. I had went to order at the window she had glanced at me a few times and made eye contact with me, she didn’t take my order for 5-10 minutes. I had to call and place an order and when I did she was rude and didn’t understand when I asked for multiple toppings mean while she speaks English very well. She needs to be fired ASAP.

Ordered pizza via Uber eats & my pizza box arrived UNSEALED. It was not placed in a closed bag nor was the box tapped shut, which means the Uber driver could’ve did God knows what to my pizza.

Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes staring at my pizza because nobody would come to the window and when they did they just stood there talking to eachotiher next to the window instead of opening it and serving customers like they get paid to do. And my pizza was made incorrectly AND it was cold ( probably cuz it sat there and listened to their conversation) they also forgot my marinara ranch and garlic sauce. Gotta love when the entire staff is 17.
