Chicken, MP and sweet tea were all good as usual but the reason for my review is to highlight the service, specifically the manager or owner who was wipping down tables, taking orders and thanking guests as they left. I wish I saw this more from other businesses.

I had delicious juicy fried chicken, 2 thighs and a drumstick, corn fritters, and corn on the cob. She had 2 tenders with gravy and Macaroni n cheese. Delicious! Clean bathrooms and nice service.

Food is always fresh. Today something was left out of my order and when I called they immediately apologized and said they realized as soon as I pulled away. They made me fresh corn nuggets when I went back and even gave me extra gravy and rolls for the trouble. Great service!

Very crispy chicken. We love that we can choose between a roll or a biscuit (as in Southern bread, not a European cookie). Beware that you will get the whole corn if you order corn on the cob. It’s hugh enough to be a meal by itself for a small person.
