I was in the mall today with my family and my daughter threw up in the food court across from 5 Guts. I went to find a custodian and while I was gone one of the guys, maybe the manager, came out right away and cleaned it up for my wife. Super nice guy, acted like it was no big deal and really made everyone feel better. Thank you so much sir!

The cashier and the staff in the mall went over and beyond!!! I was embarrassed because my card being declined (its a small bank, works most of the time, but rare that it doesn’t work), as I was finalizing the Google Pay on my phone for my debit card to pay for the meal, they paid it 100%. I was in shock, kept thanking them for their kindness!! I love five guys and their generosity. They’ve treated my family wonderful for a long time (military).

Super good burger and fries. The food was delicious even though it may have looked extremely messy. I bought a double with cheese and fries. I would have given this place 5 stars if the staff were more friendly and if the food I bought was cheaper. I believe I spent over 15$ on a double cheese burger and fries.

I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with fries and it was quick and all but they forgot the bacon and I went to ask for the bacon and they gave me a tinfoil with 3 shriveled up, chard bacon with wasn’t even edible. Sometimes quantity isn’t always the best especially for a 10 dollar burger.
