Every week we try pizza from a different place. This week it was Pizza Hut. It’s been years since I’ve tried it. We ordered the Big New Yorker. My kids really liked the flavor, but I thought it was just ok and waaaay too greasy. Pizza delivery was fast but the pizza arrived looking like it had been shaken around. One piece was folded in half on itself. Pizza wasn’t very hot and I had to slice it myself since they had done a poor job cutting it. The quest for the best pizza continues.

My food showed up late, cold, snd left on the ground. Delivery fees have gone up, we are expected to tip prior to the arrival of our food, and they don’t have the decency to place the food in my hand, but rather leave it on the wet ground after it’s been raining? This was my last order.

Great food! I order during the day an in the afternoon and food is excellent. This place doesn’t put less toppings when you use a coupon like other pizza places. The delivery and customer service phone reps give excellent service and if the ever make a mistake on toppings sauce or something they make it right with no arguments. Awesome food and service thanks

I just got my pizza few minutes ago and the delivery driver yelled to me for a tip before I had the chance to look at receipts and figured it out. This was my first time ordering pizza from here pizza was good but he makes me not want to order from here again

Cold pizzas arrived 30 minutes late. I was hung up on over the phone when enquiring and when they finally arrived they weren’t even cut properly. Cold pull apart pizza with mediocre customer service.

Better deals for small families. Bring back an inexpensive large pizza option. Also, I ordered a pizza online and the order didn’t go through. I was charged but had to order and pay again when I got there. I was told I would be refunded the original payment within 35 days. A better option would have been to just order the second pizza without being charged. I would have been happy to show the email and the bank statement that showed the charge. Thanks.
