Great customer service here. The team is very helpful and polite. The staff works fast at the takeout or inside. Very nice service from Ignacio, Paul, Lily and Joe, Tegan, Jake. Danielle, the manager is great, very responsive. The food and beverage orders are typically on point. This a very family friendly location, so there may be a wait at the counter. Plenty of parking, but the the drive-through area is narrow, so pay attention there. Kids and grandparents have a nice time.

So the nuggets and fries were nice and hot and fresh. One of the burgers didn’t have pickles. All the tables were dirty except for 1, and we stayed there at least an hour and no one came to clean them. Service was fine they gave us the food timely. There’s a cute little play area for kids.

Went through the drive thru Saturday morning. Very long line for some reason. Took 22 minutes to get to the pick up window. Only to find out that a manager on duty has a young kid running the pick up window by himself training. She is standing there smiling while he is nerve wracked. He is doing an okay job but needs some back up on a Saturday morning, Hello!! You don’t do efficiency training on a Saturday morning and stand there without jumping in when cars are wrapped around the building into the street. Truth, into the roadway.

We took our grandkids to play and eat. Everything was fine until two boys around the age of 11 or so came in by themselves. They had ridden their bikes to the McDonald’s. No supervision, no food purchase, they proceeded to terrorize all the little ones. We finished eating and left, as did several other grandparents. Perhaps this McDonald’s should consider overseeing their indoor play place. We had planned on staying for ice cream and some more coffee but couldn’t take the chance that our little ones might get hurt.

Would give them a zero if I could . The only thing consistent is how bad they so not sure why these local guides continue to give this one such great reviews. Their burgers are never drained of grease, rarely have ice in the drinks, and fries are never fresh.
