I’ve never really had many issues with this McDonald’s. The staff seem like hot messes sometimes . I usually have to remind them of straws and drinks at the window that they forget. They are still friendly about it. Never had issues with cold or old food, though. I usually visit in the afternoon. They’ve had a busted ordering screen for a couple of months, and I’m not sure they’ve managed to fix it finally. Overall an alright experience.

I would NOT recommend this McDonald’s. Me and my husband stood at the counter for 10-15 looking at the food I had ordered. There were 2 people standing around doing nothing one woman doing drive thru and a cook. The cook had made all the food and it was sitting at the end. The cook came out to bag our food and get everything we needed because no one else was doing their job! My brother in laws had to go stand at the counter twice before they finally got their food. The entire crew then decided to have a screaming match in the back which every customer could hear. Not to mention the eggs had pockets of grease, the hash browns were cold, the biscuits tasted like they were made yesterday and microwaved. I will not be coming back!

Absolutely appalled by McDonald’s in Centralia. We had a delivery order, a Door dasher SET to pick up our order at the store, and now they refuse to refund my money until tomorrow until IN STORE. They cancelled our order after it was put in an hour and a half before closing, and then refused any help for us. Appalled.

This happened 20 minutes ago. The guy taking money was texting for about a minute before acknowledgment and taking the card. Acted like it was the most normal thing possible. Pulled up to the 2nd window, no worker to be seen. Another minute, shows up gives food. Surprise, no sauce. Same guy opens the window and tries to give me someone else’s food, doesn’t know it’s the same person in need of forgotten sauce. Takes another minute in the hidden realm of sweet and sour…finally emerges to cough up the three missing dips.
