I checked online hours of operation and when I saw they were open on Sundays I decided to order online. I drove about 22-25 from my home to Annie’s in mission and to my surprise it was closed. I had already ordered the pizza and paid for it. We waited about 8 minutes outside and were calling the place but no one ever picked up.i ended up calling the Edinburg location to ask if the one in mission was closed and they said they didn’t know. After they called the owner they called me back saying they were in a training and would open back at 5. What business does this? No sign on the door or any kind of indication when placing the order online. The guy from the edingburg location just said “well give you a refund when they open” I drove another 20 minutes to get food from another location , when they call me from the mission one asking if I wanted my order or not. I just told them “no I want a refund as I am ordering from another’s restaurant already”, she just said “we had a hiccup and had to close” . We were excited to try this place but unfortunately it’s gonna be a no from us in the future because their customer service is not up to par.
