I decided to stop in today to get a coffee witch I never do because I am on a tight budget. I get this lady to order my drink lois she first messed up given the correct amount of change back. So as I’m waiting for my coffee it literally took almost 25min to get my drink than had wrote the wrong name down on my cup and my drink was barely even warm. I’m surprised they hire this slow of people there it was a horrible experience I will not go back especially for the price you have to pay for the coffee itself. & to top it off as I got to work to reheat my drink because it was cold there was a HAIR in it so i threw it out. I will never get another drink from lois. Be careful spend your money wisely

The girls that work at this location are great, but Connor is an idiot. I will leave and go to another location if I see that he is working . Rude , slow, and does not listen to your orders. He is lucky he is union cause he’d be fired otherwise.

I used to stop here for refreshment on my way out of Safeway, but Savanna’s consistently rude, sullen demeanor has ruined that part of the routine for me. She won’t make eye contact, refuses to smile and looks as though it’s the worst day of her life…every single day. On the visit when I decided not to return, the man in front of me in line told her to “cheer up”. She did not respond, turned her back to him and went to make his coffee. When it was my turn to order, she stared at the register saying nothing until I just told her what I wanted. Unacceptable behavior for a representative of a company which prides itself on customer service. I will now go out of my way to the Smokey Point Safeway where the baristas at that Starbucks are lovely, friendly and engaging. They know my name and have my order ready when they see me coming in the door.
