They have 1 nice employee. The rest including the manager are short and rude. I used to be an everyday regular. You have to ask for your food cooked extra or it’ll still be cold. The last time I went, I ordered my latte the same way I always do. With oatmilk and extra ice. I was basically given a cup of milk. Hardly tasted the coffee. With barely any ice floating at the top. I asked for it to be re-made and was given back the same thing. When I tried bringing it to their attention again, I was talked to like I was stupid.

I have visited this dunkin couple of times and service was awful all the times. We received something other than what was ordered once. Another time, though we scanned a valid coupon, they charged the original price and when we asked the staff, he was rude and was not even sorry for that. We asked for extra hot coffee and but it was nothing just a lukewarm water. I would never stop by this branch again!

Absolutely horrible service. I walk inside and there are just two staff workers in the building. I walk in and stand at the register and I wait about 4 minutes and no one comes to take the order, they were not backed up or busy. Then one of the workers completely ignores me and goes to get a donut for one of the driver through orders. there was no courtesy to say “we’ll be with you in a minute” just completely ignores me. Absolute horrible service.

Tried again. Slow service inside. Dirty booths. Ice cream now. They don’t seem to clean overnight as the ice cream counter filthy with ice cream residue clearly from previous day. Please clean up so we can enjoy!

They mess up every time I get an iced coffee. It taste so bad that I have to throw it out. I always say three creamer and three sugar at every Dunkin ( that’s their default) I go to but this location make it the worst. It always taste bitter. Like they forget to put sweetener and it’s just coffee and cream.
