My first time at First Watch and won’t be my last. Went on late morning Sunday and had about a 15 minute wait. The place has nice decor, but is a little loud with the high ceiling.

Just a multitude of service screw ups on what was supposed to be a happy Sunday brunch. Arrived and placed on 35 min waitlist. After an hour, and several parties behind us were seated, we had to prompt hostess to be seated. We were told the kitchen was backed up. Server didn’t bring enough coffee mugs for the entire table and didn’t remedy this for 15 min. Then when the majority of the orders came (where they forgot to bring syrup), my order was said to be a slight wait. 20 minutes later, the wrong eggs benedict was brought out and we notified staff right away and sent it back. 30 minutes later they brought the correct eggs benedict that was pretty slopped together but forgot the side orders after reminding them 3 separate times.

Eggs Benedict had a lot more ham in it than other breakfast spots and was really good. Some of the potatoes were burned rock hard and dark black color and is the reason for removing a star.

Wow! I found this place randomly and could not have been happier. The plates of food were gigantic, flavorful, the staff was very nice and happy to explain any dishes or questions. Definitely recommend!
