The worst service ever. We have ordered for a chicken pizza and they delivered the mushroom pizza without any chicken in it. When questioned the behavior was so rude, they wont even listen to what we were saying.

Branch found inside my pizza, they said they will issue a refund after I requested one from manager. I was sharing this pizza with my 1 1/2 year old which if he had bit into this he would have choked or broke a tooth. They didn’t seem to care, considering how dangerous I expected a apology or some type of response with slight concern and just got a “ok”.

Well the good days with this location are gone…. one order took over 2 hours to arrive. It sat in the pickup area instead of getting delivered. It was ice old when it finally arrived. We were given expired salads and several pounds of dressing as compensation. We did give them another shot at it today… the pizza actually made it to our house, but it was not made correctly. It was covered in a topping that was only supposed to be on half because of an allergy and had another topping we did not order and are allergic to plopped in the middle? We’ve had issues on and off with this location up to this point… they have bad days but the next time it’s better. This is our third unfortunate experience in a row. It wouldn’t be so bad if there were a way to get a refund. They make it so difficult that you can never get refunded. We just burned $40 for food we can not consume and can not get refunded for. If you are interested in a similar or worse experience, then go on and order from this place.

Ordered online. Sunday evening @ 6pm. Simple order– sandwich and chicken. Nothing for an hour or so. At 7:30pm, I get an email that they cancelled my order. The store is 4 or 5 blocks away. They took an hour and a half to tell me me they couldn’t make me a sandwich? Is this good business?

Placed my order for delivery at 7:03 PM. The tracker said it was in the prep stages for over an hour and a half. Finally the pizza was in the oven. 8 minutes later, pizza is done. Quality check lasted OVER an hour. Notification that Preston was on his way. Preston NEVER showed up and I got a “delivery complete” notification. It’s now 10:15 PM and I’ve not had dinner that I ordered over 3 hours ago. They will NOT answer the phone. I have called SEVERAL times. Embarrassing level of customer service.

If a negative review was possible they would get it. I’m never one to leave a bad review but to place an order, have them take your money and NEVER answer the phone , deliver your order and hang up on you every time you call for over an hour is unacceptable. So unprofessional every time you try to call to speak to a manager you don’t get the actual store! Every time they transfer you too the actual store they never answer and then when you do speak to the manager he has an attitude like really!!!! Please don’t waist your time it’s obvious they don’t want the service so why should we provide them! I’m not from hear-but this is the worst place to be ordering from ! the place is unprofessional ….but when you do get the service the pizza an order and all, it’s hot and fresh but I’m not wasting my time with them anymore they must not be paying the employees enough cause the my never last long!!!
