My visit was Sun morning around 4am. Cook was nice & did a pretty good job. The waiter seemed high & slow as hell. Definitely couldn’t keep up or seem to care to. He also didn’t seem to care about customer service, etc. I’d still return, but I’d hope I didn’t have him again

When my daughter and I walked in with my grandson in his carrier, there were plenty of employees there, but no one said hello. They looked disgusted that we had even walked in. There were two booths with baby seats on them to keep anyone from sitting at them. Another two ladies were waiting for booths, too. The employees told us all we could sit at the bar area. We decided to sit at the low bar area. When we sat down, we placed drink orders and I asked about the waffle breakfast sandwich that I’ve been hearing about on the radio. She rolled her eyes and said they did not have it. She did not want to be at work and definitely does not know how to treat customers. While she was getting our drinks, I looked up the breakfast sandwich. I showed her a picture of it in case anyone else asked about it. She would cut me off each time I was talking. Then she told me that no one else had asked about it. Just me. Just you she said. It was intentionally rude. We decided to leave and she said something to the table where she was taking an order. I told her I was not leaving because of the menu. I was leaving because of her attitude.

Ew I refuse to return to this location the Manager Ash treated me so nasty because my order was incorrect. Refused to correct my order or return my money & stated “next time order correctly” Take accountability or don’t be a manger I am disgusted I do not like to get out of my character I will drive to the next nearest Waffle House ZERO STARS
