I ordered 2 Iced coffees . 1 medium with 5 cream and one with 7! Now I am a worker a dunkin. I know that’s sometimes when we put cream it can still look a little dark. Now I asked for 7 cream , it should be more like white . I politely asked if my coffee had cream. Ms. Trinity goes “ If that tag says it does then they do . I’m the one who made them so they have the cream.” Very very rude . Here’s a picture for proof. I hope she was just having a bad day, but I do not appreciate the attitude and both coffees being made wrong .

My ice coffee was perfect and so were the old fashioned. My family is from Massachusetts so we grew up on “dunks”. We often went to the first shop in Quincy when I was a kid. This location is the first one that does it like home. The “plain” donut should have just a bit of a crunch on the outside. I will be coming here a lot!!

Sometimes the coffee is stirred other times it’s not,as a former Dunkin employee I get that sometimes in a rush you might forget or whatever it may be,but when it’s dead an you have 2 cars in line there’s no excuse.also supposed to check lids before giving drinks out and if it wasn’t for my fiancé saying something I would’ve had a hot cup of coffee all over me.

Decaf coffee was good, but I order 10 chocolate doughnut holes . THERE WE’RE ANY CHOCOLATE JUST AND SOME GALZE EVEN BLUEBERRIES.

I mean, it’s Dunkin donuts so it is what it is. Only issue is that they tend to forget that you order donuts and they don’t hand empty at the window, for mobile orders anyway. I keep going back, so isn’t that bad.

I normally don’t go to this Dunkin I’ve normally go to the one by my house I will not be returning to This one because they obviously can’t get an order right. I use the mobile app to order and the donut they gave me was wrong and there was no way there was sugar in my iced coffee because it’s disgusting, if I had time and wasn’t on my way to work I would have went back and said something but lesson learned I will not be going back to that one anymore.

Staff members were so rude. They missed up our order and they weren’t happy about our complaints. They literally were talking about us in front of us. It was closing time but we didn’t know that and they kicked us out of the store in the rudest way. It was the worst experience ever in dunkin for us.
