Went there for a birthday celebration with my daughter and granddaughter. We enjoyed great service and the best Italian food around. Grand daughter had the kid’s fettuccine with shrimp and she killed it. I had the seafood fettuccine and it was awesome as well!

The atmosphere is really nice. Very cozy and relaxing. The service was pretty mediocre. Not horrible, but definitely not super friendly. Almost like they were doing us a favor. Food was good, but not amazing. Prices were too much for what you got. Spent $18 on two glasses of wine when my husband asked for their house wine. We were just passing through on our travels, wasn’t super impressed, except for the decor.

Easy to get to coming from Wisconsin or Minneapolis straight down through downtown Hudson on the north end of town it was perfect. nice ambience. server was good. timing on service good. food was excellent! We ordered two appetizers and two entrees. Portions were perfect. Just enough so you had a little bit to take home and enjoy for later. pricing was fair. love the fact that the bathroom was super clean. I always look for that. they have patio seating wasn’t being used I guess they worry about mosquitoes but found it really nice. all in all I would consider taking my family and Associates when we’re in that area doing business or family events would choose to dine @ Mama Marias restaurant.

I have always loved this restaurant. Last night my daughter and I went for dinner. Just the two of us on a Tuesday night. The service was awful!!!! Not necessarily the waitress but the entire place. Loud music coming from bar into dining room, took 20 minutes just to get water waited an hour for our food after ordering. It came out very hot and was good but really by this time we were sick of waiting. Even when we got there it took 12 minutes for a hostess to acknowledge us. Not once did anyone apologize for the long waiting. They could have cared less. We saw other tables getting upset also with the wait. One table kept waiting for their bill they had an appointment they were going to be late for. The whole experience was cray. This is the third time we have had this kind of experience!! I have been going to this restaurant for over 20 years but last night was my last!!! It’s really too bad you have let this happen to your business.

Excellent meal. Appetizers, entrees, bread, soup, desert, cocktails, every bit was excellent. Even the flavoured butter for the bread was excellent. There was no rush. We were there with a party, and they timed things so we had time to socialize between courses. We were there for about two and a half hours, and at no time did we ever feel hurried. If anything, they seemed to be taking their time. Considering the thoroughness of the dining experience, the price was not outrageous.
