Renovating is currently going on at this location. 9/1/23 menu has changed a lot. So we decided to eat somewhere else. Otherwise, it still might be to someone else’s liking. Will check online before going back.

Good food, slow service. I go here a lot and am never disappointed with the quality of the food. My favorite things to get are the med salad, Japanese pan noodles, and zuchinni shrimp scampi. The shrimp is always really good! I just wish the service was faster. When I order food, it is cold by the time I arrive for pickup. When I order in store, it takes up to 20 minutes to receive my order.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but I was dissapointed in the food I got. When I ordered the small tortelloni pesto I figured the container would be full, so it would be enough for my after work meal. Unfortunately I paid 9 dollars for 9 small tortellini noodles. I don’t know if they are usually full or if that’s the amount it’s supposed to be, but needless to say I don’t think anyone would be full after 9 noodles. Maybe a toddler. It tasted good! Just dissapointed I paid a dollar for each noodle, and I’m still hungry. 🙁

Ordered four pans of Rice Krispie Treats a week in advance before my son’s graduation party. The GM of that store called the Wednesday before the party to confirm my order and to ensure me she wld be there on the pick up day; the day before the party, to make sure everything was good to go. Got there on time to pick up said order, the young man working told me that he had no such record of my ordered. I then asked for the GM and he responded with, “she’s not here, she has the day off.” I then show him my email confirmation which has their store address, store ID number and phone number right on it; he proceeded to ask me if maybe I ordered my items from the Madison location. Never again will I ordered any sort of catering through that store!

Pleasantly surprised for a Noodles & Company!Lately all of their locations have gone down hill but the food at this location was wonderful. The Chicken Veracruz Salad was deliciously fresh and vibrant which I didn’t expect for a chain that specializes in noodles! The only thing we did notice is staff were not keeping up with dirty tables and the dining area gave off an uncleanly vibe with very little places to sit and piles of dishes left in the dish buckets upon exit. Other than that, I’d visit again!

We went here for dinner when ordering we were told it would be 20-30mins waited for food because they were busy. We didn’t mind but surprised there was such a long wait for food. The restaurant was dirty. All the tables were dirty, trash around the trash can and the drink area had no lids and soda was everywhere. The food was good but the service was bad. I had to ask for new cups because the server kept sliding the cups rim down on the dirty counter which was grossed and asked for new one that they handed directly to me. They also had gender inclusive bathrooms. Overall good food bad service.

Place was filthy! Outside tables were dirty and inside had trash all over counters were you return the plastic plate. Door entry windows were googy appeared not to have been washed in months. About 4 kids just standing around behind counter doing nothing and only 3 customers in the place. Cavatoppi noodles had almost no pesto coating and was bland. Definitely not what noodles used to be!! Oh and the time was 2pm, no reason it should have looked that way!!

The tables and floors were dirty. No recycling of plastic bowls. The Fresca Pasta and Shrimp heavy on Pasta and light on the shrimp and vegetables. Staff friendly.

Food is good. Staff is friendly. I’ve been to this place many times like at least 9 and it’s always the same but this time the place was really messy. 70% of the tables weren’t clean, I have to ask for spray to clean them off myself. The 1 girl working up front seemed to have a significant amount of down time where she could have cleaned the table off but didn’t.
