Came in this morning and wanted my regular ribs and white rice red beans that always cost me 17.20 some way some how she was certain I couldn’t get it and up charged me for extra rice and beans totaling $22 and some change I felt a lil ripped off I tried telling her I get this order every time I come in she didn’t care to listen.. again I am a regular know the price to exact but she still didn’t care.. very disappointed please show to use the register

First time here and I had a horrible experience. First of all the customer service was terrible and I got charged for the combo when I asked for the platter. My boyfriends credit card got charged 3 times and that just doesn’t happen anywhere else. I asked for a a grilled chicken breast platter with no onions (meat and two sides) and was charged for the full combo that comes with a drink and bananas. I also had onions all over the chicken. Unlike it said on the menu I didn’t get 1/2 lb of chicken, instead just a small piece of breast which was extremely salty. As of the rice and beans the flavors were okay but the beans were extremely watery. When the meal was ready my name was yelled out it was in a very rude manner which I’m not used to, even after I thanked I was simply ignored. I am a native Portuguese speaker and I think that played a role on how I was treated when attempting my best to speak clear Spanish. I wouldn’t recommend based on those factors alone.

Hahahah they have the best food. I had many dishes from there its my lunch time spot and I enjoy it. I had the chicken with grilled onions, beef sauteed, fish and shrimps, omg the rice pudding be careful its addictive. Great food would definitely recommend.

The fish filet was the worse fish filet I’ve ever had!! It was a thin piece of fried skin and fat! I usually get the snapper or salmon which I love but this was a horrible experience. I had it delivered so I couldn’t return it and just threw it in the trash.

Came here with my husband. I ordered chicken breast meal. And after a long time of waiting. They mistakenly gave me steak meal. I talked to them about it, they didn’t even say sorry, and giving me bad faces. After waiting longer for my meal, I found a HAIR in my black beans. DONT RECOMMEND!!! Customer Service BAD!!!
