If I could give it 0 I would. The customer service is poor; they never have maple donuts anymore; and most of the time they hand me a coffee with coffee all over the outside of it. The least you can do is wipe off a cup before you hand it to your customer; that’s just poor management.

I literally JUST came through the drive thru and the service was super mediocre I had a coupon for a free medium iced coffee which they said I couldn’t use bc the coffee was rang up as happy hour ,which was fine, but why couldn’t they just ring it up as regular price so I could get it free ? It’s giving stingy. And honestly I’m kinda upset abt it bc this is the worst experience I’ve ever had here. After I went through the drive thru I pulled over to put my card up and that’s when I realized that my drink was only filled up to the yellow line and I hadn’t even taken a sip out of it yet. So I had went inside and asked if they could fill it up for me. mind you I asked for light ice bc 1 it melts fast and 2 I wanted to get more coffee out of it. So after I came back outside I took a sip out of it and it tasted so bitter and disgusting. And mind you it was that color before I took it inside it tasted like it had no sugar no creamer and no flavors. So I’m not really understanding how they’re training their employees but 99.9% it’s good experiences except for today. Don’t know what they had going on but won’t be coming back until they get it fixed to be honest.

Doughnuts are good. The service is poor. The person behind the counter was there but that is all. She wasn’t rude, she just had no communication skills at all. “Thank you, you have a great day” I say to her and all I get is a blank stare at the printer that has just printed my receipt.

Either they didn’t make my iced CAPP right or they didn’t add all the liquid to the cup… And the ice is supposed to be crushed and it isn’t… I placed the order 8:15am walked in at 8:18am and watched the girl put it in the tray. So I know it wasn’t sitting there

Sky is very friendly and patience when it was time for me to use the Dunkin’s App. She made an extra Refresher for me to take home and delivered my order when I did a walk-in pickup. She is truly a people person as not everything is about food, products or money in a business. Sky is an A+ on my list when it comes to customers orientation.

Used to be a pretty decent store but lately people at the drive through are quite disrespectful and the last 5 coffees I’ve gotten have been made wrong. The last one was a caramel craze latte and literally half the large cup was empty.

What a nightmare this drive thru was. I was the only car in line and the cashier was confused about my order. They tried giving me the wrong donuts and then acted like I was in the wrong for saying anything. The chocolate croissant was burnt and awful. Donuts were hard. The attitude from these employees was enough that I will never be going to this location again.

Ordered creme filled donuts at your drive thru. When I got home I opened them and they were chocolate with icing. Called and was told to bring them back. I told them I lived in Lewisburg and they said I needed to bring them back. I told them I would be in Beckley Thursday and they said there was nothing they could do will not buy donuts there again. Check your drive thru orders.
