The guy behind the counter was difficult to understand, he had a very hard time understanding what we wanted, the food was barely eat able and my grandson got sick about an hour after eating(he had nothing else to eat after we left the diner). I have been eating in diners for about 35 years and will not go there again. Sorry. The prices were good, but the service was poor as was the quality of the food.

Ate here for breakfast today. The owner and staff were super friendly and the food was excellent! The prices were also super reasonable and fair. Definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone passing by the area!

Owner cant seem to make up their mind on what time to open. Not to mention they run out of lunch food by 12pm. The people are nice but it is a poorly ran restaurant. Dont waste your time.

Really good local food. Ate on a Sunday so there was fried chicken, baked chicken, peppers stuffed with beef cheese and rice, mac & cheese, collard greens, black eyed peas, hushpuppies, biscuits, and dinner rolls. Very good food. I’ve heard their bacon cheeseburgers and seasoned fries are really good also. I’ll eat here again if I’m passing through town again.

Happened to find this little gem yesterday driving through to New Bern. The food was so good! It was all cooked fresh and just delicious. The price was very fair for everything we ordered. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I definitely will return again and recommend to others.

I like this place! It’s cool and it’s warm food that always hits the spot! Wish the meals were a little bigger but the food is good! Sports event style food. Burgers dogs fries and weekends a more country style hot plate meal.
