Terrible! I ordered two egg bacon and xhesse wraps wih a side of snacken bacon and a peanut donut. There was nobody else inside. I leave to go to the airport. I go to eat my food amd there was no bacon or cheese on either sandwhich and np side of snacken bacon. I called and talked to the manager, Brenda. She was very much and told me to come back and she would give me the bacon and the two sandwhiches. I explained I was leaving town for two weeks and she said okay just stop in when I get back. SO I just get back yesterday and stopped in today and asked for Brenda. I explained everything to her again and she told me ” its been two weeks, I cant replace something from two weeks ago”. I said I was out of state and just got back. I told you when I talked to you I was at the airport and would be back in two weeks. She basically said oh well. Its to late. I always go to that location but I will Never go back there again! I mean it was a legit complaint. I mean come on, for under $15 you just lost a loyal customer. Brenda is a terrible manager and needs some customer service training. Tammy

Love to treat myself to DD when the opportunity arises. Ordering from the app makes it so much easier to get in and out. I usually deal with the staff on Taft Road, but recently have dealt with the staff on Rt. 11/Bear Rd., and on Rt. 298 and the staff at each one have all been very nice. I love DD!

Coffee is always great and made right. The morning crew and afternoon crew are always super friendly and do their jobs well. I’m here basically every morning and it has always been fast and friendly with great coffee. Only complaint I have is trying to turn left into route 11 from the street they are on. It can be tough to accomplish some mornings.
