I recently visited the KFC on Keith Street in Cleveland, TN, and I must say, my experience left me deeply disappointed. At first glance, this newly reconstructed KFC seemed inviting with its clean, new construction. Unlike its counterparts in larger cities, this location lacked the signs of constant robberies and unsavory characters. However, appearances can be deceiving, and I urge you to consider other options before dining here.

It’s been a while since deciding for KFC. Pull in to Keith St. store around 4:15p, order an 8 piece family meal, and told no extra crispy ready (25 min. wait). One would think this would be ready on a Friday, for dinner rush, with nobody in line lol. I specifically asked for 5 sauces, and this was left out of the order. Point blank, the customer service is impaired, food is overpriced, and quality declined considerably….4 chicken pieces looked a day old, unusually small, roughly same size as the biscuits (see pics). KFC, your service & product are misaligned, and have led to poor customer experience, under performing stock, and a questionable future.

The manager should be embarrassed. Her store was a mess and had food all over the floor the service was the worst. We used the drive thru and still had to go in to get our order they almost let us drive off without paying. She had 3 teenagers working who she couldn’t control and was back talking the whole time. They looked like chickens running around with the heads cut off just chaos!! Did not see one with gloves on or washing hands. Was not busy at all for it to be this bad. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

Online order sucks. According to employees, the online order is not connected to the this restaurant so ordering online does not guarantee that they have what you ordered. I always order extra crispy and I always have to wait 20-30 minutes for them to cook it. KFC has to do better than this. With today’s technology there must be a way to connect the restaurant you select to order what they have available at the time of your order. So disappointed.

My girlfriend and I have never been to this location, but we certainly won’t be back. We came through the drive-thru and ordered a wrap combo, a pot pie meal, and a single drumstick. When we got the order we were missing the drumstick. No biggie they replace it and give us a thigh for free. We get home and start eating and my girlfriend finds not one but two bones in the pot pie.

So disappointed, this is the second time I’ve gone & been given the wrong order. The first time I was able to check the bag and realized the error but today I was exhausted from a long day at work, went through the drive-thru, made it home to relax, only to see that I’ve been given something completely different than what I ordered. That means that other customers in the line got their order screwed up as well. I understand that everyone makes mistakes but still, the fact that it has happened multiple times is ridiculous. I also wasn’t given a receipt if I did go back to correct the error

After the much respected Miss Henson requested her belly be filled with KFC slid through the drive thru and the young man who delivered our orders in a friendly and very courteous manner was so efficient I swear his name should be Johnny be good !! The person at the drive thru window was very rude, everytime I would tell her what I wanted she would say are you done over and over and then we get to the window and they had to park us never brought the order out to us had to go in to get it and it wasn’t right the fries was stale along with the rock hard biscuits and gave thighs instead of breast which is why they parked us in the first place and no reciept
