We come here every year during our Maine trip. They put on concerts every once in a while which is always a fun affair. Menu is a bit limited but the food is almost always good. Service is usually great but during the concert, they get a little overwhelmed so be ready to wait a few extra mins. Oh, please start offering noodles as a sub for rice on some of the bowls.

Crock of what? Came here over the weekend and split a few appetizers with family. Our waitress never came to check on us after giving us our drinks and another person brought out our food. One of the appetizers was a crock of “shareable clam chowder” for $16. Well it certainly wasn’t shareable. As soon as it came out in a tiny bowl I asked if this was the shareable one off the appetizer menu. He said yes, want me to bring extra spoons? I said yes and extra bowls because there is no way I wanted to share soup out of the same bowl with my family. The chowder itself was mostly potato’s and corn maybe 2 clams. The other appetizers we had were buffalo chicken tenders and pulled pork fries. These both came out cold and nothing great. For the price and lackluster “crock of shareable clam chowder” aka a small bowl ($16) I will not be back.

Friendly and attentive service. The menu has something for everyone. Our party of four all enjoyed their meals so we spent quality time conversing with no need to complain about the dining experience! Parking is a bit tough, but you’ll figure it out!! Looking forward to going back and trying another dish.

We have driven by a few times but had never tried it. A friend invited us to an Octoberfest celebration they had. We had a great time. The food wasn’t their normal food. They were serving German themed food to go with the Octoberfest and all the alcohol was brewed in Maine. We had a great time. The food and music were great. People were dancing and laughing. They had a contest to see who could hold up a storm of beer the longest. It was a great time had by all. Well done folks. Keep it up.

Our first waitress was attentive . We ended up with another one, the rudest I’ve ever witnessed. We were criticized for not using a Venmo app and she was very confrontational. Even if you have issues, that is no way to treat four customers. Bad day ? Lack of help ? Never had manners ? Not sure but awful experience !

It was our first time to the restaurant and all was going well until I asked why there was so much discrepancy in the wine pours. The server looked at two glasses and agreed, offered to top off and all seemed to be well. When it was time to check out though, a different person came to the table and her attitude was extremely rude. Her comments were both directly aggressive and sarcasm laced, conveying hostility and condescension. All at the table agreed that they had never been treated this way in a restaurant and were appalled at her response to my inquiry, which had been made without any negative overtones. It made what was intended as a fun evening out with friends a highly uncomfortable event and the after effects of the experience cause discomfort days later.
