Ok so I normally don’t have a problem with this store. But this past 2 weeks it’s been terrible. They scan my QR code to get the Duncan points I never received my points so I started doing the mobile order to get my points and today I waited 15 minutes for a sandwich that was ordered 25 minutes ahead of time so I got there and pick up. This store has definitely gotten worse with the remodel.
