Really good food. Decent vegetable freshness with tender and good flavored meat. I would rate this 4.2 stars if it wasn’t for their nasty bathrooms. Looks as if your teenage son was forced to halfway clean a bathroom that only him and his drinking buddies used. That is my complaint every time. Prices are above average as well. Yet I still go back once or twice a week. Not the brightest star in the Galaxy, but I know it’s for food taste only. Or maybe it’s the salt, who knows.

I got to the register and the lady charged me for a extra meal that I did not order! I said something about it but she tried to tell me what I ordered. I only added a taco but was charged for a meal. I also ordered a bowl that looked almost empty. Definitely not worth the price anymore. I’ve never heard of that being a policy. Then the trash cans we’re running over! The worse experience I’ve ever had at Moes.

I never go to Moe’s but got a coupon for a free bowl from there and decided to try it. I had a very hard time finding the restaurant, and once I did find them and went inside, I was confused about where the line started and accidentally ended up in front of someone that was already ordering. Once the worker pointed out my mistake, I apologized and got in line. When it was my turn to order though, I awkwardly stood there, without being acknowledged, while they filled small bowls with ingredients for what I assume was a catering order. When they finally took my order, they asked if I would like queso on my bowl and I said yes, but I didn’t realize they charged extra for it. I didn’t mind paying a couple of dollars for it but would have appreciated being told that they charged for it. They also gave me a big back of flavorless chips that I didn’t ask for, so hopefully that wasn’t part of what they charged me for. Luckily, my coupon covered the price of the bowl which I noticed was pretty high. Food was ok, but I don’t think I’ll go back.

A group of young people who couldn’t have cared less. One of the worst customer experiences at a restaurant. No care, no eye contact, mumbling under the breath, wearing headphones, no smiles, poor attitude. From everyone. The staff needs a lesson in customer service.
