Depending on what time you come here and who is working this is a great place. Food hot, quick and friendly service. That being said some dinner rushes are very slow with drive through being the main focus! Sometimes during the rush you may get fresh hot food, sometimes not. But hey, it’s a fast(ish) food joint. Definitely recommend the burger.

My daughter loves the Orange shakes at Arby’s. So we purchased it on the drive through. She also ordered the chicken club and large curly fries. I ordered Mazarella sticks and my wife tried the special Lemonade.

It takes a lot for me to get aggravated enough to write a review…but today, I’ve had it with this place. Lethargic and slow and poor customer service. 2 cars ahead of me in the drive through…took almost 40 minutes….wrf…. are you all trying to sell some sandwiches because I can’t tell.

I have given this arbys the last chance. Often they get my order wrong even after making me wait 20 minutes for it. Today I waited at the speaker at 1220 pm for 12 minutes without being acknowledged. I said hello and no one responded. I finally pulled up and was ignored at the window too. Drove off and went to McDonald’s. Horrible customer service…always.

The restraunt did not honor the 2 for 7 for the beef and cheese ask to speak to manager and she still denied as I was looking at the menu in driveway called cooperate and confirmed their menu indeed did not change I go there 3 times a week if not more and for a manager to not be more customer service like to night could had made things better so for the 2 for 7 and the menu in my face was false advertising
