Wow what a great experience! I have gone here once before but just now today doing a review. The person taking my order, Sherry, was the most pleasant, wonderful person to deal with. Very sweet! They were also lightning fast! Give that girl a raise or promotion! She’s awesome and is the single reason why I changed my mind about Hardee’s. I’ll be a faithful customer because of that young woman. I surprised Sherry by going into the store and rewarding her with a $100 tip for being great. Pics are in the review! Kudos! Great place!

We went into the restaurant and stood at the counter, no one in front of us, for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Once someone took our order, he just walked away without saying anything. We stood another 5 minutes before he came back. After the order was placed, the food took about 15 minutes. There were only two other customers in while we were there and a couple drive through customers. Not sure why it’s so slow.

Every time I come here they mess up the food but my family is in town and wanted Hardee’s. Their drive through doesn’t allow you to pull off if there’s another car in front of you. I have been in this drive through for over 20 minutes and if it wasn’t for the other car I would have left by now. The person taking the order says one second and then you have to wait a minimum of ten minutes before they even ask you for your order BUT you can’t leave because there is someone behind you and in front of you.

So they had no clue how to take care of their customers. They locked the customer in because the cook could not keep up with the customers and did not want more people come inwhen it was not even busy they had about 10 customers… we waited 40 minutes for our food and it was wrong on top of it…the cook could not keep up and kept raising her voice so all the customer could hear… and the cashiers did not know how had what for food it was the worst service I ever had will not be back . They lost alot of customers that day because they had lock the doors so customers could not come in…

The fries were great and my husband really loved the hot dogs!! He was truly surprised that Hardee’s had such good hot dogs. He did not get chili on them – just ketchup, mustard, and onions. My husband also got a cheeseburger, but there wasn’t anything particularly great or different about it – just a cheeseburger…not better than Burger King or Wendy’s.

Honestly, the breakfast chicken basket is one of my absolute favorite things to eat on a Sunday morning. Twice now I’ve shown up and sat for over an hour in the drive-through, and both times, my order was incorrect. I wish this was an exaggeration, but I won’t be returning to Hardee’s.

Check your food before leaving. We get food here every morning before work and every morning they mess up today and we have to go back. Today we bought 6 biscuits and they only gave us 2 of them. I recommend you do not pull off without checking your food
