Dunkin donuts of Bergenfield. We order a large iced latte and a medium ice mango pineapple both $8. The cups were filled with ice more than 3/4 of the cup, the drinks taste like water. We were very disappointed paying $8 for 2 cups of water.

They overcharged me for the sundae, they charged me for a donut I didn’t get, they ‘close’ the ‘dining area’ an hour before they close the store (meaning they don’t allow you to sit with your drink since they put some chairs on the tables and they decided that this cannot be undone). There were no labels on any of the pastries and the lady making the ice cream gave me almost no ice cream… Overall, bad. This is not the first time we’ve had a downright awful experience here and we just pinky promised that we’ll never go back. This is one I intend to keep.

What is the purpose of ordering specific items on the application and finding out otherwise when you are already at home? Ordered everything with veggie cream cheese. I get instead low-fat cream cheese. Ordered a medium latte in which there is not supposed to come with froth, and I get instead half a cup of froth milk. The cup was light to handle. The new slogan should be “Running away from Dunkin.”

This is the best Dunkin in my area thus far, food and coffee always taste fresh and neatly prepared, never have any real issue and if any minor issue they get resolved rather quickly. Also if you love donut holes in the area they are more affordable here, 2.99 for 10 compared to about 3.25-3.50 in places like Paramus and Hackensack.

Used to be the best dunkin in the area, but not anymore. They add more icr to any drinks u get. The dont even have all the option dunkin offers like the cup for pups like other dunkin does. If you use to go here just drive a little bit more to dumont dunkin. Much better service and better made drinks.
