I had an amazing time at this restaurant this girl named Reily helped me take my custard to the table and this green haired girl who’s name I believe is Alexis or Alex something like that took my order amazingly and made sure everything was correct even when there was a slight mix up in the kitchen. My family and I are checking out the new Freddy’s in Lufkin. It’s very busy! The fountain drinks are properly mixed, and the food is hot and fresh. The restaurant is clean, and the restrooms are stocked. The burgers are crispy, salty, and delicious! Pass on the greasy onion rings and cheese curds, and get the crisp shoestring fries instead. Don’t miss the sundaes and concretes!

We will go back for the custard but it was a one and done for us with the burgers. Really thin patties that were cooked crunchy and all I could taste was salt. I am not a fan of the show string fries either. Basket was full of shoe strings in 1″ to 2″ pieces. In all if I am spending $12 on a burger basket it will be one that is not the size of a McDonald’s burger, thick enough meat to resemble a normal burger, and has regular fries

I visited Freddy’s today and I must say what an amazing establishment! Everything from the food to the service was perfect! The young lady that took care of me was absolutely wonderful and charming. Her name is Vanessa. She seemed genuinely happy to take my order, she also made sure that my order was correct before I left, she thanked me for coming in. Vanessa has excellent customer service skills and is very professional. Definitely need more people like her. Thank You Vanessa for making my visit spectacular

Really great experience here tonight. We hadn’t been to a Freddy’s before and appreciated they were open late. The restaurant was very clean. Food was made fresh and delicious. My only request is lighten up on the salt. Both the burgers and fries had so much salt it burned our mouths. But the burger was beautifully cooked and I really appreciate the lettuce wrap option. Alexis went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were completely happy with our orders and experience. You can tell she values her job and is very dedicated. We look forward to going back when we’re in town.

We went to Freddy’s when it first opened and it was amazing! The food was fresh and everything was delicious. We went back tonight and it was horrible. The lady taking the orders messed up and didn’t put 1 of the meals on so we had to wait for it. When we got home and started eating, it tasted terrible! The fries and burgers were extremely salty. The patties were very small and mine was half burnt. For almost $40 for 3 meals, we expected halfway decent food. We will never go back.
