Their food is soooooo good. I love visiting when I’m back in town. My friend and I had a wonderful dinner together with great friendly service and yummy food. We will be back again hopefully soon!!!

Food took much longer than any normal dining experience in downtown. Atmosphere was crowded and food could have used more seasoning. Also they tracked us down because the manager thought we didn’t pay since she didn’t know how to check their system when we used the QR checkout. Would not recommend, Olive Garden would be better.

What a disappointment. I can’t speak for the entrees because we cancelled ours after we received the extremely bland breadsticks and “Caesar Salad”. I put this in quotation marks because it was made with spring mix lettuce and you could hardly taste the dressing. It left a literal bad taste in our mouths. If the starters were this bad we had no faith that the entrees would be any better, and after reading other reviews(I should have done this ahead of time) it seems like this is a common experience.

I was really looking forward to trying walla Walla pasta factory but unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. If it weren’t for the fact that I ordered takeout, I would have absolutely brought the food back. I ordered chicken Alfredo fettuccine (very basic dish) and there was what seemed like no sauce, the noodles all stuck together, and the chicken must have been boiled because it was tasteless. For a $20 plus dish I should have tasted the heavens open up. The only thing I will say is that the man there helping me was very friendly and seated me and brought me a glass of water while I waited for my takeout.

The food wasn’t my favorite.. at first I was ehh about the service. The younger girl was kinda rude. Asked her if it was possible to sit outside, her response was “ well is there any tables outside?” And I responded yes and she told me “ well then find a table I guess” didn’t bother me very much but I work in the service industry and found it kinda unwelcoming but Dehler was my server, such a sweetheart, very talkative, out going and just made up for it. Ask for dehler, such a great server and on top of things!

We called 30 minutes before we expected to arrive and got a table right away, which I was doubtful was going to happen when I called. Our wait person Myra was phenomenal. She made good suggestions and insights on the food and wine pairings. I had the spare rib ravioli in a mushroom sauce that was to die for. My wife had the shrimp fettuccine. The shrimp had a slight grill flavor, which worked perfectly with the pasta and sauce.

This place is my new favorite hands down. Great vibe, wonderful staff, amazing food. I recommend the Hot Spinach Artichoke Dip appetizer. My son order a house salad and while expecting an iceberg lettuce salad mix, it was a beautiful, delicious spring salad. I am so happy to write this review we had a truly lovely experience.

Daughter and I came in 30 minutes before closing. Staff was fantastic! Salads were excellent, crispy and fresh, lightly dressed. Food arrived quickly. She had chicken fettuccine Alfredo and loved it. Chicken was cooked perfectly. Sauce was rich and flavorful, pasta cooked properly. I had the short rib ravioli. It was decadent to say the least. Neither of us could finish our meal. We left with full bellies and feeling genuinely like our business was appreciated and we were important.
