Stopped in while in the area, my pizza was done before the estimate of 20 min so that was nice. Food was definitely fresh out the oven and made very well. Glorious amount of cheese and evenly spread with toppings. Amount of grease from the pepperoni was unreal.. made eating in the car, shall I say, interesting to say the least. Would buy again.

Pizza is excellent but I’ve ordered a 12” sub here on a few occasions and I love their ingredients. But the quality of food you receive all depends on if the employees want to work that day or not. I had a delicious, picture perfect sub one week and then a few weeks later I got one that someone very very obviously didn’t give a darn about. Don’t really know if I’ll continue to order because I don’t know if I’ll get my money’s worth or not. Shame.

Placed an online order tonight at 6:05 it is now 8:01 and no delivery. Tried to call no answer for over 20 minutes. THEY TOOK MY MONEY THOUGH !!!!!!! OVER $45 ! NO email, text,or call with refund or explanation! I will contact the BBB . You lost this weekly loyal customer. UPDATE ! 3 DAYS LATER STILL NO REFUND! CALLED 5 TIMES . I will keep this simple. Yes, I know staffing is short but my food delivery last night was put in the trash uneaten. We ordered the BBQ chicken dinner, and when it came and we opened the box we could not see the chicken, really. Someone had taken the BBQ sauce and poured it over the top of all the chicken pieces. We used tongs to pick up a piece and it was such a mess we just pitched the dinner.

This location at 15 Mile by Cranbrook Road is usually my go-to place. Tonight I called and waited 12 minutes on hold with no one picking up. I hung up and called the location at Square Lake and Franklin and they answered promptly and took my order. I guess I’ll be driving a few more miles to get quality service and someone that actually answers the phone. 12 minutes on hold is ridiculous

I hadn’t had papa romano’s in about 20 years. It was far too long. Buddy’s is great, but this was better, and better priced. The sauce had more flavor and the crust was sooo buttery. Yum! I’ll be back for sure, and soon. Teenage Jason wasn’t wrong this is the best pizza in metro Detroit.

They have good pizza, but ordering over the phone at this location is frustrating. They have a hard time hearing and constantly have to ask you to repeat yourself even though you raise your voice even louder. I wonder if they know phones have a volume button on them that can be turned up? We’ve had this experience quite a number of times with them. I dont understand what is going on there. I’m not a quiet talke either. And it’s happened to more than just me.

I would like to actually give 0 stars. I ordered a large pizza, bbq and chicken. I started to eat the pizza and realized bacon and onions were on it. I cannot have bacon! Not sure how I didn’t notice tbh. I called to complain and the manager didn’t even care. They made me another pizza and I shouldn’t have bothered. Hardly any BBQ and tasted awful. I should have just thrown away the first pizza and not bothered. Be aware of items showing up on your pizza and the place not caring.
