Dinner as we returned to the park after a midday break. We waited for a while in line to learn they were only taking mobile orders. Right after we ordered, they opened up the stand-by line. The food was good but the state dogs didn’t obviously scream those places. Decent place for a cheap bite though.

The staff has no idea how to run the place. I waited about 45minutes even though the one was not long. the manger was helping and wore gloves but touched everything (and sneezed) yet never changed gloves. Many popes had to come back because their order was missing things. When I finally received my order it was cold and not edible. The Manager didn’t care. Steer clear of this place!!!!!!

This place has the potential to be great. It was good and it was flavorful but tis was just a boiled hot dog with Toppings. What it needs is a quick toss on a skillet to give the dog the snap it needed to go to the next level. The customer service is quick. The fries are made to order thank heavens and the ambiance is cute it reminds you of sitting at a stadium eating a hot dog. I wandered over here because I could smell the hot dogs as I walked past. I just wish they would consider a quick toss on a skillet because you can’t call yourself the Hot Dog Hall of Fame with boiled dogs.

We were visiting Universal Studios and were starving. This place was closed by on the walk and we could order the food through the universal app for pick up while we walked. It was easy to order and the app updated when it was ready for pick up. We ordered 2 plain hot dogs with ketchup and 2 chili cheese dogs.

Whole experience was wack. The hot dogs itself doesn’t add up to its name at all. It was very basic no added flavor. Fries were basic too. Not worth the price. Heard the family next to me saying the same. Tables were also off balanced rocking back and forth every time to move. Wouldn’t eat there again.

Poor customer service. I will never return to this place again, They don’t take orders over the counter and my daughter was so hungryfor a big hot dog and French fries. So instead we walk inside the vivo italian kitchen and we enjoy some delicious pizza..

Perhaps the worst hot dog experience I have ever had. Waited about 20 minutes in line to order, then 45 minutes for the food. We ordered 4 hotdogs and cheese fries and paid about $80. The hot dogs and chili were luke warm and the buns were hard. Wouldn’t recommend and won’t go back.

They’re claiming the Hot Dogs are Nathan’s.. they’re not. Taste more like Sausages to me. It’s in a great place though. The seat just to the right are awesome. Depending if there is a baseball game on or not it it’s pretty cool. (They’re old stadiums seats!)
