It’s Sunday night and maybe they aren’t staffed tonight. It was 45 mins from order to delivery. The driver arrived on time, but I think my pizza was cold and mushy before the pizza was taken out for delivery. Can’t afford to waste $25 ($5 tip) anymore on bread dough and cheese with little amount of peperoni.

I accidentally put my number down for my delivery order (ordered in the app) and they couldn’t find my house, instead of giving up and just going home the manager found my facebook and contacted me to get the right number and ensure i got my food! they went above and beyond when they didn’t have to definitely my go to pizza place <3

I live right up the street from this papa johns, it’s the closest one for miles. Its convenient. To bad when I really want pizza to enjoy pizza I need to drive to Cartersville or Rome because this papa johns never puts any sauce on their pizza. When I opt for extra sauce it’s the same problem. I thought maybe they skimp on folks who purchase deals or use coupons. Bought a large 3 topping pizza at full menu price and it’s the same joke, there is little to no sauce. I don’t know if they’re penny pinching or what but if you like sauce on your pizza you’ll get more on a little ceasers hot-n-ready.

Probably the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Definitely the worst Papa John’s I’ve had. The crust was not the normal crust you get from most Papa John’s. Very scarce on the one topping on both pizza’s. Save your money. The only positive I have is the order was ready when I got there and the pizza was hot.

I will never order any type of wings from here again!!! Bone in wings were burnt with just a little sauce squirted on top. Boneless wings not burnt but still just a squirt of flavor ordered. Not even tossed to coat the wings. Would give negative stars if i could!!!

The manager will take your money & refuse to give you your food or your money back. Told us in store our money was put back in our account since they took it upon themselves to cancel our order without our permission after taking our $38.50. This was yesterday. We still do not have our money back. They absolutely refuse to give us our food or money. We are reporting them to the BBB. Also, they refused to give us a corporate phone number. The most unprofessional business we have ever had to deal with.

I’ve worked at subway and the papa johns in Adairsville, along with friends and siblings, for the past year. The management is great and very flexible with schedules. I play two highschool sports and my boss always worked around my schedule and never forced work hours on to me. I love working and here, great environment, great management, and good food.
