I will say I will never come back. They only had ribs or meatloaf. They didn’t ask if we would like a drink or give us utensils. Go to use the pop and they are out of most choices. No ice and the coke sprays so it like taking a pop shower! No napkins and the lady in charge was very rude!!! Don’t know what happened to this place but stay away not worth the money.

I ordered a chicken bowl and I stated that I only want chicken corn and mash potatoes. I get home and I have gravey on my food that I didn’t request. It ruined my dinner, I couldn’t eat it and when I called, they said bring it back and so I came back the following day to get a re make and the girls that were working on 12/17/2022 at 1930 hours were very rude and had a nasty attitude. At first it seemed they didn’t want to do it. I had to sit and listen to the employees complain and it was just an awful experience. I’ll never return to a Boston market ever again over this one on Alexis rd. They need to just close it down. The manager is not manager material. She was rude is hell.

I went there a couple weeks ago (january 4th 2023) and i got there about 15 -20 mins before they opened so i sat outside waiting and 11am hit, so i went through the drive through and a recorded voice asked for my order so i gave it and then i didnt hear anything. No one answered, i sat there for about 5 minutes and then finally pulled around to the window at about 11:06 and saw a woman eating chicken through the window and another woman sitting in the dining room on her phone. Both with uniforms on. The one eating finally looked over and seen me and in shock walked over to the window and said they didnt open until 11:20 so about 15 more minutes and that nothing was ready (even though i smelled the food and i just saw her eating it) And they couldnt hear me because they didnt have headsets on yet. I told her on the website it said they opened at 11am and she said that was wrong. It was just insane to me that i was sitting out in the parking lot for 20 minutes watching the girl sit in the dining room doing nothing and she was being paid for it. I ended up being so upset i just drove to the one across town and they were fabulous and the food was amazing. Do better and get rid of trash employees because they will drag your business down quicker then you think.

They used to have decent food. I got meatloaf dinners and they were very dry and didnt give us gravy. Heated up leftovers the next day and got very sick. Food quality has went downhill horribly.
