Ever since we’ve tried FireHouse, we have not went to any other sandwich place! The quality and taste of the food is exceptional. On top of it all, this specific location is wonderful. The entire staff is personable, friendly and offers great care to all of their customers. At first glance you are able to tell that they work in a good and healthy working environment and this matters being that they is a food industry. We Love our experience every time we go there and recommend not only Firehouse 10/10, but as well as this location — it’ll just make your overall experience even more enjoyable.

I have only visited Firehouse a few times and all the good things considered as a company they do, I can’t justify spending $14 dollars for a large sandwich with nothing else to go with it… No chips and no drink… Just the sandwich. It was good, but it’s a sandwich.

This is by far the crappiest location I have ever been to of the Firehouse chain. Non-existent customer service, sloppy sandwiches (as seen in the picture, tuna wasn’t even put in the sandwich I had to add it in my self, they just gave it on the side without being asked) they didn’t even cut the sandwich after being asked to. Charged for pickle Spears when all the other locations I’ve been to do not charge. WILL NEVER EVER RETURN AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW DOESNT VISIT THIS LOCATION!

It always takes quite a while to get your order even when they don’t appear to be that busy. Also, the staff does not seem happy to be there and they begrudgingly help you. The sandwiches are decent.

12/6/22 visit. Called to place phone order, male employee was not friendly, was on hold approx 6 mins, the male employee that took my order was not friendly & very short & curt. Arrived to pick up order, no welcome or thanks, I gave my name, male employee and the bag to me like a shopping bag….so I knew my sandwiches would be messy & upside down I corrected direction of bag. Sandwiches were sloppy and sadly no pickle spears in either of the 3 sandwiches but the taste was good. I have visited every 2 weeks for a few months, other visits were awesome and 5 stars. This visit stunk amd so did the male employee working on the phone and cash register at approx 7pm. If you elect to be at work, make the best of it & treat others kindly so they will want to return especially given customer service is key in fast food.

First off the food is always great I never have a problem. Why I am giving you only one star is because on my last visit one employee is on her phone talking to someone while making my food. I can hear one of your male employees cussing at who ever they were talking to on the phone. Last but not least I found it very rude the employee who took my order says to another employee that he thought I was a kid. If he was going to talk about a customer the smart thing would be to talk about them after they left the building not while I’m still sitting waiting on my food.
