I had mega buta ramen, brand new dish just added to their menu. It was very good. It’s all pork, but three different styles of cooking in one bowl. A bit salty to my taste but not too much of an issue for me. I got the Large size so it’s $23 total, regular is $20-$21. And it’s a lot of food.

Work for Maru for year. Beautiful food, service, and great atmosphere. Always get my udon with delicious rich vibrant fish broth in mins. I like to add ether curry or beef in mine. Today was my first time having authentic ramen from a ramen restaurant, and I absolutely loved it! I ordered the tonkotsu ramen: the pork was tender, the noodles were perfect, the broth was divine! I’m really glad they have vegetarian/vegan options as well because my friend was spoiled for choice. The staff was great, too! I highly recommend this joint if you’re itching for some ramen.
