Worst service I’ve ever had. The food was AWFUL. The pizza wasnt right, had wrong toppings and the mini cinna buns were COMPLETELY raw and doughy. I will NEVER order from there again.

Received wrong pizza (delivery) and the only way to fix was to drive to the store because “phones weren’t working” and calls were going to call center in India where they take orders only. Transferred me from Operator to Operator until someone gave me a # to corporate which was another Indian who could only take my complaint down. 2nd time calling the call center they just eventually hung up on me.

I ordered a thin crust pizza and it was both hard and cold. It looked as if it was over cooked because the cheese liked a bit burnt….I wound up throwing it away.

Unfortunately, the Waldorf community doesn’t have the other sit-in Pizza Hut, that location closed. I ordered a pizza online arrived and they gave me a pizza without the correct toppings. They added toppings to that pizza and tried to give it to me . The pizza had raw looking bacon on top. I asked for the manager he did not come out. He sent a person name Chris who was clueless on what was going on. George at the front counter knew my pizza was messed up, but he was clueless also. I gave the pizza to Brenda who took the pizza to the back . Charles the manager did not come out to the front. This location really is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve been to over 40 yrs of patronizing the Pizza Hut restaurants. My only regret is that I didn’t take a picture of the pizza . This experience happened on Friday, January 20th, 2023 around 6:30p.m.

New York Pizza has cheese that floats from your mouth to your hand. This pizza has hardly any cheese. Bread sticks were hard like they had been re-cooked.

Too many bad experiences with this location. The employees don’t care and always forget food then say it will be sent out and it never comes. They give their wrong name and won’t provide management’s names. Don’t waste your money.
