The employees were kind and the service was excellent. The problem was the food. The chicken was greasy and nasty. Everyone who ate it got sick from the grease. The biscuits had a weird aftertaste, almost like the flour was freezer burnt. The other side dishes were not even worth what we paid for them and wound up in the garbage.

Spent $26 on what was supposed to be an 8 strip meal. Got 2 strips and 6 nuggets. Not cool. Went in to order and got thrown out because you have to order from the drive thru. Can’t actually order inside. No signs at all.

It was good food but they screwed up our order which was supposed to be the eight original chicken piece bucket family meal. There were a few pieces of extra crispy chicken in there but they got everything else right. Food was good but not a fan of the extra crispy.

Ordered a #2 (3 piece meal) at the drive thru. Got home and opened the box to find only 2 pieces of chicken. Not sure what was on the one piece but I had to spit it out. NEVER going back!

Went into the store, front register girl Jessica was very ride, not to me, but to her fellow coworkers. I work fast food too, and if someone talked to my fellow employees like that I would tell her to go home. Kudos to the other staff for dealing with it, but attitude completely unacceptable. Otherwise food was great!

Got 2 famous bowls and 1 spicy chicken wrap. The wrap was an absolute mess with liquid coleslaw all over and wrapped poorly. Also got no silverware for our famous bowls and when we went back in line they got rid of us asap. Ill up a pic soon.

Chicken is not the problem. The terrible horrendous services is the problem! I was force to wait 10 mins to order at the drive thru. Got to KFC just a 10 minutes before 8 PM and they refused to make more crispy chicken. They were unwilling to fulfill my order of crispy chicken. Seems they only had original left and needed to get rid of that for the night so they told me they could only give me original! Last time I’m going to this KFC. Almost unable to fulfill my order of a colonel crispy sandwich too. Services seems to have degraded and all that is left is the expensive chicken!
