Food was delicious and we ordered our favorite special pizza. The only downside is they no longer bring your special request pizza to your table, so you have to try to beat all the other patrons to get your pizza. The salad bar is awesome! Love the addition of the beets & yummy pickles!

The food is pretty good. Great quality and the staff. There was very awesome. They are very nice and welcomed us and they also had a little bit of light conversation with us as well. The person that came by and picked up our plates also joked with us which I really like people communicating and interacting with me whenever I’m anywhere because I know when I used to work retail it helps past the time and make the whole situation of work enjoyable and also helps customers relax too. Which is a huge plus! My only complaint if I were to have one is the bathroom needed a little more attention but it was so pretty decent. There was just something on the wall that I didn’t recognize as anything I could place. The one thing that stuck out with me is real amazing. Was the brownies the brownies were like straight up fudge it hit the spot

Cicis was one of the places I liked coming to, specially since David the new manager was here . But this is the second time I come in and things are not good it seem like no one cares . Like am here eating for free. Last time here was no Orange soda, not even and apology. And this time theres no ice. I paid for a large drink $2.89 and had to eat my food drinking worm soda. When was the last time you went to a restaurant and had to drink worm soda????. I told David the manager and the other manager and they just said they had lots of birthday parties. They see the large drink on the table at least they could have credit me for the drink. But no they just keep on going like i wasn’t a paying customer I spent $20 dollars here out of my hard earned money. Yes $20 dollars at cicis. To come drink worm soda

We showed up around 8:10 PM the manager and the staff are super friendly and nice. The manager has singing and dancing while taking care of everyone. We got our favorite pizzas cooked. My son likes Cicis pizza since he little. He rated this his favorite Cicis ever (it was our first time on this location). We’ll be back!

Super chill atmosphere, service was awesome, our cashier Fanticasia who greeted us was extremely friendly and even suggested the Garlic Parmesan wings which I definitely don’t regret. Went last night, arrive very shortly after 8 was not greeted, stood at the counter for 5 minutes while several employees made eye contact but no one came to register, once another family came in behind my son and daughter, two of the employees that had looked our way finally approached, they then stated to both the family behind me and mine that they would not be putting any fresh food out past 830 sign on the door says buffet closes at 9, why then do the employees proceed to joke as other customers walk up about locking the door, one even going so far as to run to the door and try to lock it, was not made to feel welcome at all more like a nuisance, my 16 year old and I will not be coming back. I tried reaching out to the owner via Facebook but have gotten no response I wish I could leave 0 stars

Great quality for a low priced buffet. Impossible to find something like this further northeast in the US. Nice variety in pizza. The customers can be a little obnoxious with piling up food and their waste, but that’s not a restaurant issue. Staff were attentive and checked with me a few times to make sure everything was good.
