This subway is by far my favorite in the local area. The afternoon crew are always ready to help & the owner I believe works along with his crew. They have this place running well & prices aren’t too bad either. Cheapest subway I’ve been too compared to Walmart & east alton locations. The night shift I’ve been stopped in a few times late after work & the woman & young man working at night are always friendly & super helpful. Plus this location accepts coupons!

3 out of 3 times now when my family orders subway through door dash the order clearly shows to toast the subs. All 3 times now the subs show up soft and un toasted. I’m guessing to save them time. The first time I thought, dang.. but ok. The last time and this time it happens just ticked me off. Do the job or find another one. 2 out of 5 stars for the service. The only reason it’s not 1 out of 5 is because the ingredients were all there. -3 stars for not following a normal and basic instruction.

Definitely one of if not the cleanest and nicest subways ever, man at the counter super nice, bathroom was basically spotless. Food was great, definitely a great place to go if you’re a tradesperson on the road with nowhere good to go that’s quick.

I went in with a coupon, 2 footlongs for 12.99, my first sandwich choice was the steak and cheese, i was informed the steak and cheese was not available with the coupon, so i ordered an all American club and a meatball sandwich, when the employee rang up the sandwiches it came to 16 dollars and some change, i asked her about the additional charge she said the all American club was not available for the coupon price, (which she should have mentioned up front like she did with the steak and cheese) she would have to ring it up as a turkey and cheese plus bacon, she pointed at a man behind the counter with her and said you can talk to him about it, i was on my lunch break i didn’t have time to negotiate a price for my lunch, i left the sandwiches on the counter and walked out, so instead of making 12.99 they made nothing, if you are not going to honor coupons you need to put a large sign up. You would think they would be happy selling 2 footlongs for 12.99, instead they lost a customer over 2 dollars. I won’t be going back and it’ll surprise me if they stay in business for much longer with ownership like that.

Easily the best Subway I have frequented in the greater St. Louis area, or further. I don’t remember eating Subway out of state but If I did I doubt it was as impressive as this Subway store consistently is. The service here is always Swift and accurate. The food is always prepared carefully and the end result is ideal. Advertisement quality sandwiches every damn time. The owner/manager is nearly always present and working on the front lines, I am always completely satisfied and a little impressed when I leave. Have been meaning to say so for a few months now. Eat here, definitely.

We ARE NOT the one inside Walmart and we can read just fine! I’ve never had any issues with customers on their online orders and as far as the lady complaining about the bogo order, that was a online deal only therefore I could not issue it to you in store and I explained that to you!! We are one of the nicest and cleanist subway in the area and get told that on a daily basis!!
