Restroom dirty, no toilet paper or towels in dispensers. Slow Service! 20 minutes for 2 Burritos? Taco Bell used to have fast service what happened? Maybe too many items on menu. This location diffently had enough employees. While waiting 2 customers had something wrong with their orders.

Absolutely abysmal service. My order came in so incorrect I had to throw more than half of my order in the garbage. My nacho fries container was only half filled as was the nacho cheese, I ordered a chicken quesadilla and paid for extra sauce and received a cheese quesadilla with no sauce that hadn’t even been heated (it was so cold that the cheese was still separate pieces) I specifically ordered the combo I got substituting the chicken chalupa with a seasoned beef one, and received a chicken one that was so dry I could have quenched my thirst successfully with a saltine cracker, and my beefy five-layer burrito came without sour cream as I ordered it, however it also came without everything else that’s supposed to be in that burrito. It was literally just a pile of meat with three strands of cheese sat on a small tortilla and wrapped in a larger tortilla. It wasn’t even completely wrapped, and fell completely open when I removed it from the paper. I’m not able to get a hold of a manager at the moment and I am positively exhausted from work so I’m not driving all the way back there but I hope the managers see this because a customer receiving an order made almost completely incorrect and also missing extras that they paid nearly a dollar each for is completely unacceptable. If this is what they did to my order as a regular customer at that location I can’t imagine what they are doing to other’s orders. Fire your night crew.

The food is fresh but the employees seem to get swallowed in keeping up with the drive thru and not with the dining room. It was quite disgusting on a Friday night at 6pm and nobody was inside the dining room. Nothing was stocked, nothing was wiped and the trash was overflowing in every direction! The dining room is suppose to bring people and families in instead of scare them away.

I’ve given this location about 6 or 7 visits in the last few months, and every single time they got at least one item on my order wrong. Tonight, my crunch wrap supreme wasn’t supreme, just lettuce and cheese sauce.

TL;DR they give out mediums instead of larges and refuse to compensate for the difference. Plus, manager was exceptionally rude and insists that the form of fraud is company policy.

Last night the kids on shift were very giggly and suspicious. We ordered via the drive thru a crunchwrap and Mexican pizza. Both tasted horrible, like they were very old or something. After about halfway through we realized they did something or put something nasty in our food. We got pretty sick to our stomachs last night. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! VERY UNHEALTHY!!!!!

Hmmm, last few times we’ve ordered food to pick up our order has been wrong. Custized stuff we paid for is missing from the food and entire items ordered are missing from the bag and items ordered meatless had meat in them. Today they were out of the toasted cheddar chalupa as well, so upon arriving to pick up our order we had to decide what to replace the chalupa with. Got home to find that the tortilla chips in the nachos belgrande were very stale. Get it together, Taco Bell! Thinking perhaps we’ll try some of the other locations nearby since this one seems to be going downhill with every visit.

Laughably inept at following a basic request. Asked for no meat no sauce on a breakfast crunchwrap. Full of sauce and sausage! Thanks for ruining my morning. I don’t have time for another breakfast. My wife ordered a burrito with blackbeans added which we were charged for and didn’t get them. So thanks. Well never return and we’ll tell others to avoid this particular store.

Manager with a braid on as very rude and would ignore me and walk away when I asked her for something. Food was sloppy and the order was wrong. Taco Bell on 47th in Greeley is always the worst. The manager tried staring me down because she could hear me saying how rude she was.
