I went the driver thru young lady was sweet got things done quick. Didn’t realize till I got home I was missing a huge portion of my order. Called asked if I could just come up there and get it I was told sure and hung up on. No apology; nothing. Went to get my food and stood around 5-10 minutes waiting on my food to be prepared. No sense of urgency and again no apology for their mistake. Customer service needs some work.

Trying to place my order with the lady through the speakers and some guy kept cutting in trying to be funny but really kept having to repeat the order to the lady cause she couldn’t hear. Was very awkward and annoying. Ordered the 3 for 6 deal they had signs for up when I got to the window they told me the deal wasn’t around anymore. Ok fine then take the signs down so I don’t order it. Food was gross I miss old Taco bueno

After not visiting a Bueno in years, we got excited when we got the chance to visit this location. I had forgotten about the open condiments bar, which I fully enjoyed the pocio and salsa. The young staff was great and professional, the good was good, hot and quickly delivered. Overall a great quick meal while on the road..

I ordered a dozen tamales. They came in sealed plastic bags and were filled with liquid. The tamales were liquid mush and not edible at all. I have always loved their tamales so I am very disappointed. The guy at the window also gave me the incorrect drink after I corrected him twice when I ordered. Maybe if he wasn’t on his phone then the service and food would have been better.

This is one of the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The last three times we have been here our order was not right. My husband had to go back to the counter three times. Which the employees pretended not to see him. Then when I went up there and stood behind my husband. The manager came over knowing order was still wrong. Telling us she was correcting it before we even told her what was wrong with our kids food. Our son has severe health allergy. Due to having some severe health problems. She insisted we keep the food that was incorrec. Still after we told her we can not. Then to top it off to employees walked outside to go smoke weed in the gentleman’s car. Did not care who was watching or who could smell it. This place only gets one star because it won’t let me select zero. This is the first time I’ve ever been so disappointed in a place. To where I actually wrote a review. The Taco Casa across the street is way better. If you want tacos.
